Wishing You a Meaningful and Hope-Filled New Year

As we turn the page on another year, we want to pause and speak from the heart.

Life is not always easy. We all carry our own challenges, worries, hopes and dreams and often time, we do it quietly. Yet, even in our differences, we share something powerful; we are all navigating this life together. Community reminds us that none of us has to do it alone.

A new year brings a fresh opportunity, not to be perfect, but to be a little kinder, a little more patient, and a little more understanding. To listen more. To give one another the benefit of the doubt. To remember that behind every door is a human story, much like our own.

Our hope for the year ahead is simple and sincere: that Twin Ponds remains a place where people feel safe, respected, and at home. A place where neighbors look out for one another, where differences do not divide us, and where compassion leads the way.

Let's make this next year a good one together. One small moment, one kind gesture, one day at a time.

From all of us we wish you peace, health and bright days in the year ahead.

Happy New Year

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Saturday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below, enjoy coloring it if you wish and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Parents please supervise your children tonight and everyone be sure to drive a little slower this evening and have a safe and fun Halloween.

Trash update for the Villa residents. We sure wish we had more to tell you, but after hours on the phones and emails that got hardly anywhere, this is all we can tell you.
