Twin Ponds at Nashua is a division of First Equity Associates, Inc. We pride ourselves in a professional, yet casual atmosphere. The site was purchased in 1969 and developed into hundreds of apartments varying from spacious, multi-level, garden style buildings to two-story townhouses with private entrances.
One of the property’s most unique attributes is that it has been self-managed since day one. First Equity Associates, Inc. has been active in the operations since the property was originally purchased. Ownership and management have never changed hands.
We have a variety of apartments available to meet the various and growing needs of our residents. First Equity Associates, Inc., kept that in mind when the property was rebuilt and rebranded several years ago. They wanted to have something for everyone, and they successfully completed that.
Some of our apartments have radiant floor heat, some have private entrances and we even have a building with underneath parking and an elevator. The latest projects are equipped with air filtration systems giving our residents clean, filtered air around the clock.
