We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Maintenance Technician with relevant maintenance experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well independently, collaborates effectively with others, and takes pride in providing quality work.

Experience in general maintenance is required, with hands-on knowledge of carpentry, light electrical, plumbing, and other building maintenance tasks. We value individuals who are eager to continue learning and expanding their skills while contributing to our team and community.

This position requires someone who fits well with both our staff and the residents we serve.

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related trade.
• Experience with carpentry, light electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle that can be used for travel throughout the community (gas reimbursement provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for occasional after-hours emergency calls, on-call rotations, and community events.
• Must be in good standing with the community.

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

One more requirement—you must love dogs! Our property is home to hundreds of dogs, so being comfortable around them is essential.
