Thank You Residents
Debbie P • July 1, 2020
Thanks to the wonderful residents of Twin Ponds, we caught the vandals within minutes of posting their photos. With your help, we were able to hold the people responsible and make them pay for the damages.
Twin Ponds is not only a true community, it is your home. Thank you again for coming together and quickly solving this senseless act of vandalism.

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Saturday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below, enjoy coloring it if you wish and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Parents please supervise your children tonight and everyone be sure to drive a little slower this evening and have a safe and fun Halloween.
Striping Map and schedule (weather permitting)
Today is a tribute to those who work. Paid or unpaid, part-time or full, happily or not (but hopefully happily)—you help make the world go round. Thank you and Happy Labor Day!
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician!
All of us at Twin Ponds wish you and your families a wonderful July 4th weekend. Be safe and enjoy.
Pothole repairs scheduled for June 2nd and 3rd, weather permitting!
Happy Memorial Day 2026
The pool is scheduled to open on Friday, May 22nd, weather permitting.
The office will be closed on Monday, February 16th
Trash update for the Villa residents. We sure wish we had more to tell you, but after hours on the phones and emails that got hardly anywhere, this is all we can tell you.
