Villa curbside trash pick up

We are continuing to have a problem with residents bringing their trash to the curb too early. In some cases, trash is being brought out as early as Friday evenings. This is unfair to everyone in the community.

This is a friendly reminder that curb side pick up is Monday and Thursday mornings at 8AM. This means you are not to bring your trash to the curb until the morning of pickup, no earlier.

We have been fining residents for bringing their garbage to the curb any other times than Monday or Thursday mornings. If there is a holiday on a Monday, pick up is then moved to Tuesday and Friday. If a holiday is observed Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, pick up will be Monday and Friday.

When trash is brought out too early, it is unsightly and usually ends up all over the grounds and in the ponds due to the wildlife digging through it.

We are asking that everyone abide by these simple procedures to avoid any issues. If you do need to dispose of something outside of the Villa pick up times, please feel free to use the compactor.
