Sprinkler Inspection Update

Notification was sent to everyone informing each household when the sprinkler company would need access to their apartment for the federally mandated inspection. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the emails that were sent and the attachments were not correct in many instances.
Please review the spreadsheet below to find your scheduled date.
We apologize for any confusion we may have caused. We wanted to give you ample notice and information and sadly ended up making a mess of things. Again, we apologize and please contact management if you have any questions. Thank you for your understanding.

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Friday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Be sure to drive a little slower on Halloween and have a safe and fun Halloween.
Main water lines are scheduled to be flushed.
The Pool is Closed For The Season
The Villa curbside trash will be picked up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday.
