Paving Project Update
The paving project is moving along as planned and the residents are allowed to park on the base coat. We now have to wait for the curbing company to give us a date next week. Once they give us that date, the residents with the involved parking spaces will once again have to park elsewhere.
After the curbing, the paving contractors will finish with the topcoat. The final step will be to re-stripe the spaces.
When we get the curbing date, we will notify everyone as the 15 households will need to find parking elsewhere. This will happen one last time when the topcoat is scheduled. The vehicles will once again have to park elsewhere until the topcoat is cured. Finally, all vehicles have to move one last time when the striping is done.
