Large dog park maintenance scheduled Thursday, June 12th
On June 12th, weather permitting, we will be doing some maintenance on the large dog park. We will be "flipping" the sand, adding lime, leveling it out, etc. Due to the lime, you will need to stay out of the dog park for two full days. If the weather allows for the maintenance on Thursday, you will be fine on Saturday to enter the park.

Everyone at Twin Ponds would like to wish all of you a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Friday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Be sure to drive a little slower on Halloween and have a safe and fun Halloween.
Main water lines are scheduled to be flushed.
The Pool is Closed For The Season
The Villa curbside trash will be picked up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday.
