Maintenance Technician needed
We are looking for a loyal, motivated individual to join our maintenance team!
The individual we are looking for must be hard working, loyal and willing to learn some new skills. Must be able to work alone and thrive working with others.
We want to train the right person in carpentry, light electrical, plumbing and more. If you have some experience in these areas, even better! This person needs to fit in well with both our team and community.
You must have a valid driver’s license, solid driving record and own a reliable vehicle. It is understood that your vehicle will be used for this position. Must be available to work occasionally after hours for emergency situations and on-call situations. Must work occasionally after hours with other employees for community events.

Competitive pay at $18-20 per hour (depending on skill level).

Must love all dogs. Our property has approximately 300 dogs on site!
Full-time position. Hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday thru Friday
Requirements:
Valid Driver's license
Solid Driving Record
Must own and use reliable vehicle for work commuting around the community
Must be in good standing with the community.
