The Gardens are Going Thru Electrical Updates
Be sure to mark your calendar for your scheduled day! There is a lot of preparation to do prior to your appointment. Please refer to the letter that was already sent with your preparation instructions.
If the schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, which it already has once, we will email you a new schedule. Please be sure to check your email today.

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Friday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Be sure to drive a little slower on Halloween and have a safe and fun Halloween.
Main water lines are scheduled to be flushed.
The Pool is Closed For The Season
The Villa curbside trash will be picked up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday.
