Xfinity Increased the Speed

Xfinity has proactively increased the internet speed of the following tiers for new and existing customers effective October 8, 2019.
Most customers will simply need to power cycle their Xfinity Wireless Gateway in order to receive the new speeds.
Just power cycle your internet modem to get the new speed. If you have any questions, please call Xfinity at 800-934-6489 (800-XFINITY).

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Friday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Be sure to drive a little slower on Halloween and have a safe and fun Halloween.
Main water lines are scheduled to be flushed.
The Pool is Closed For The Season
The Villa curbside trash will be picked up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday.
