Utility Renovations
Over the last several weeks, we have begun a large utility-renovation in the Courtyards. Natural gas is being brought in and all the HVAC systems are going to be changed from electric to gas after the gas lines in place. We will be issuing a much more detailed description of what occurs inside your apartment when the time comes.
For the time being, we will be excavating in several areas including walkways behind the buildings, in front of the buildings, parking spaces and roadways, etc., to install the gas lines.
If the construction crew needs to utilize your assigned parking space, you will receive a notification from management. If you see parking spaces marked off, do not remove the cones or caution tape and park in the spaces. If you use the spaces, your vehicles will be towed at your expense. Please be sure to inform your guests and visitors of the construction.
