Happy New Year to you Zoe! Zoe knows how to ring in the new year…..with a WIN!
Congratulations to Zoe and her owner Natalie for winning the Twin Ponds dog of the month contest! Natalie just scored bragging rights and Zoe will be displayed in the office in a frame of her very own for everyone to see until next month’s winners claim their spot. They also win a little gift from Twin Ponds as our way of saying, we love having you here!

Halloween will be celebrated in Nashua on Friday, October 31st from 6pm to 8pm. If you live in one of the multi-family buildings, you cannot leave your porch light on for our little trick-or-treaters. Just print the photo below and put it on your door to let the little ghouls and goblins know you have goodies. If your kids are a little older and they are going out on their own, please show them this post so they are not knocking on doors without this sign on it. The Courtyards and the Villas have porch lights so this only applies for the three-story, multi-family buildings. Be sure to drive a little slower on Halloween and have a safe and fun Halloween.
Main water lines are scheduled to be flushed.
The Pool is Closed For The Season
The Villa curbside trash will be picked up on Tuesday morning due to the holiday.
