Twin Ponds at Nashua is a division of First Equity Associates, Inc. We purchased this site in 1969 and have developed and managed it continuously since that time. Take a look at the variety of what we have to offer and you will quickly see we have something for everyone. We are completely dog friendly with no breed or weight restriction and offer two dog parks for our furry friends. The Pooch Patch is the smaller of the two parks and our latest edition, The Dog Paw’k, is 15,000SF giving some of our bigger dogs more room to run.

Our “family” of management and maintenance has a long history of operating the property in the best interest of our tenants. The management team consists of Debbie Logan, our Manager, who has been associated with the firm for 23 years. Jeannie Ross has been employed by the firm for 23 years and is our active Financial Manager. Logan Hayes has been a staff member for 10 years and acts as our rental agent. Jerry Levin, Managing Partner of Twin Ponds, has been a fixture in our operations since the property was first purchased. He has been the President of First Equity Associates, Inc. since its founding.

We are all about community and take a pride in planning social events. In the spring little ones “spring” into action as they fill their baskets during our annual Easter egg hunt. During the summer you can find our residents gathered around our ponds for a fishing derby followed by a trophy ceremony. We hold yard sales in the fall and we ice skate in the winter. With over 250 dogs, we are planning some pet events in the very near future.

Twin Ponds provides a gardening area where the residents can have their own plot to grow fresh vegetables. Every year, we are amazed at our residents’ green thumbs! This beautiful garden is one of the many living examples of how we work together as a true community, improving the quality of life for everyone here at Twin Ponds of Nashua.
