The Twin Ponds office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they foster a wonderful sense of community. The apartments are spacious, clean, and up-to-date and the grounds are well taken care of. I feel safe taking my dog for long walks around the ponds or stopping by for a run in the dog park. The location right off the highway is ideal for commuting to work and is just a few minutes from all the stores you could ever need. Once you drive into the community and you are surrounded by the trees and the ponds, you forget that all of those conveniences are only minutes away. I have lived in different apartment complexes for years, but this is the first place where I can say that I feel truly safe, comfortable, and proud to call home.” - Julie Dietz

My husband and I moved into Twin Ponds Villas in August of 2011. We were very excited about the neighborhood and the proximity to Boston to shorten our commute. We had down sized from a 4 bedroom house in north Nashua and were worried that we would not find something to make us comfortable. I had looked at several other places from Nashua to Manchester, and none of them seem to meet our needs .I was lucky enough to stop in Twin Ponds on my way to see another apartment and was happily surprised. I now live here in a spacious, clean and updated apartment. We have pets and are very pleased with the welcoming pet policy. There is even an (in house) veterinarian a few doors away that makes house calls. We did have a few maintenance issues in the beginning that were taken care of quickly and pleasantly. There are many community activities that welcome neighborhood participation. This is very nice and brings of feeling of community even in a development this large. The office staff is very receptive to the needs of the tenants also. We are expecting puppies any day and had an issue that needed someone to enter our apartment. They called and made sure we would be ok with an appointed time arrived right on time to take care of the issue. We are very excited about the new renovations being made to The Villas and are very happy here.” - Donella Garcia

I am a resident at Twin Ponds for the last year and a half. I can honestly say I have never lived in a more caring community. The staff here is great. I've had to call maintenance twice since I've been here and they were at my house within an hour each time. The ladies in the office are extremely kind and genuine. They know every person and which dog belongs to each!! Not to mention the generosity of baseball game or NASCAR tickets! And the gym memberships and the community pool and dog park! Great place to live, I wasnt expecting this great when I moved here, I'm pleasantly surprised!” - Becky Savoie
